Employee Well-being
Employee benefits
Nien C. places great importance on employee welfare, enabling employees to enjoy work-life balance, find meaning and a sense of achievement in their work, and maintain good physical health. Therefore, employee rights are the top priority when planning and implementing various human resource systems and benefits.
Salary is determined based on factors such as each employee's educational background, work experience, skills, and the requirements of the position they are applying for. The salary system upholds the basic principle of gender equality in the workplace, ensuring no differentiation is made based on gender. To encourage employees to value the company's operational goals, year-end bonuses or performance-based payouts are determined by the profitability and strategic objectives of each business unit, the nature of their functional work, and individual employee performance, thereby incentivizing excellent work.

Energy Management
Nanqi Group's energy consumption is primarily based on purchased electricity, natural gas, and other sources. To strengthen energy usage management, we have established an internal energy leadership team to promote energy-saving measures aimed at reducing consumption, minimizing losses, and preventing waste. By collaborating with regional government energy and environmental policies, or by signing "Annual Energy Saving Target Responsibility Letters," we establish energy-saving directives and goals, implement energy-saving improvements, enhance energy conversion efficiency, and thereby reduce environmental impact.
In 2024, the group's various factories actively implemented multiple improvements to enhance energy efficiency and resource utilization. These included heat recovery, EMS implementation, condensate recovery, and packaging material flow optimization, which effectively reduced energy consumption and waste.
