The major stakeholders of Namchow Group include employees, shareholders/investors, consumers, government agencies and industry associations, corporate customers/distributors, suppliers, media/online communities, local communities, and other stakeholders such as NGOs and academic institutions. Namchow Group maintains long-term and positive relationships with its stakeholders through diverse communication channels. The Group upholds the principles of mutual respect and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of all stakeholders as the foundation of mutual trust for sustainable corporate development.The stakeholder engagement and communication activities for 2025 will be reported to the Board of Directors in the fourth quarter of 2026.

  • Corman internal business training and targeted in-depth customer service was carried out from May 13 to 16, 2025, technicians from the Belgian original equipment manufacturer (OEM) were invited to Taiwan to complete professional training for 48 sales colleagues. Food Safety Office, Ms. Chu
  • At the 2025 Taipei International Bakery Show (3/14–17), the company showcased its products under five main brand pillars, featuring 64 product applications and tasting experiences, alongside 16 master classes to deepen customers' understanding of the flavors and applications of oil and fat products. The exhibition welcomed a total of 4,934 visitors and facilitated in-depth discussions with 134 customers, strengthening cooperation opportunities and market expansion outcomes.
  • The “Customer Complaint Handling Procedure” was established to fulfill customer needs, build customer confidence, and engage in continuous improvement.
  • Regular contact was maintained with distributors by phone and email every week. Monthly visits to distributors were also scheduled. Issues raised by distributors were dealt with promptly.

Product QR Code label management system was also introduced to track product distribution, strengthen management, and enable the rapid recall of problem goods.
