Subject: Instructions for Preventive Product Removal from Shelves

Dear distributors, channel partners and cooperating manufacturers:

Thank you for your continued support and trust in our company.

Our company has received notification from the competent authorities that, in accordance with the latest government food safety management instructions, all soybean oil products produced by Chung Lien between April and June must be preventively removed from shelves by 12:00 PM on July 10th. To protect the rights and interests of consumers and partners, our company has immediately initiated relevant contingency measures, notifying all channels and partners to remove the products from shelves; and has implemented batch-by-batch comprehensive testing of all soybean oil products since July 1st.

Our company will continue to uphold the principle of integrity and responsibility, and will immediately assign a dedicated person to assist in handling the return and exchange matters related to this removal from shelves.

We extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and trouble this incident has caused your company, and thank you for your long-term support and understanding.
