Namchow’s operating locations have a long and positive relationship with local residents. In addition to active engagement and volunteering of resources for community organizations, the Group also makes donations to help disadvantaged groups. The venues of our core business are also made available for government, school, and group activities.

Public Donations and Sponsorships

      Since 2012, we have been donating goods as a way to collaborate with joint fundraising organizations. Through quality control and service coordination, we ensure that these resources are utilized most effectively. This not only relieves the long-term service pressures on placement institutions but also redirects the cost savings from operations towards service purposes. In doing so, we enable more people to benefit indirectly, and together, we contribute to society with a shared sense of compassion.

Namchow Recreational Factory

      Since its establishment in 2012, Namchow Recreational Factory has always adhered to the concept of industrial heritage and educational inspiration. The factory is committed to providing a diverse range of elements such as environmental protection knowledge, DIY interactive experiences, academic exchanges, gastronomy culture, historical heritage, and green planting knowledge. Through an educational and entertaining platform, the park aims to cultivate visitors' understanding of ecology and culture. The factory is home to 408 plants, including Juniperus chinensis var. kaizuka, tea trees, weeping paperbark, and golden shower.

      Under the guidance and evaluation of the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Namchow Recreational Factory has become the first tourism factory in Guishan District, Taoyuan City. Each year, the park organizes various themed activities and customizes visit itineraries and experiences based on different groups and needs. By sharing the Company's philosophy and industry-academia discussions, visitors gain practical knowledge about market strategies, business models, and more. This not only helps in understanding product value and hands-on experiences but also encourages participants to embrace green living and practice sustainable development through practical actions.

      Since the opening of the Namchow Recreational Factory, the number of people entering the factory has exceeded nearly 1.56 million as of 2023, bringing a positive influence to the local community, local governments, and public and private associations.

Mainland China region

      Namchow holds important positions in public associations and corporate platforms in China, including the Taiwanese investment enterprise associations in Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, and other cities where our factories are located as well as industry associations such as the China National Federation of Industry and China Bakery Association. We adhere to our core value, which is to give back what we receive to society, by integrating government policies and platform resources to actively plan and participate in various public welfare events. The goal is to join forces with our partners in the industry to promote cross-strait exchanges and make social participation a part of our corporate culture.

Thailand region

      Thailand is a predominantly Buddhist country, and monks hold a revered position in society. Since 2009, the Ban Pong Factory has been paying attention to the spiritual well-being of its employees. Regularly, every month, they invite monks to the factory to offer blessings to the employees. Donations made by employees are then directed towards nearby temples, schools, and hospitals. As of 2023, approximately 1,685,000 Thai Baht has been donated to these institutions, benefiting a larger community.
